Slim-down to Summer

I'm not sure about you, but this past winter did me in....I can't fit into any of my spring or summer clothes.  I am on a mission to slim down for the summer.  I will be using USANA's Reset Program to get started.  I will continue to exercise at least 4 times per week and access Kathy Kaehler's Website for workout suggestions and recipe ideas.  Kathy Kaehler is a Celebrity Fitness Trainer and has started a program called Sunday Set-up.  Catch up with her at:  http://www.whatsupusana.com/search/label/Summer%20Slimdown
